Brinno has determined that, due to supplier material control issue, the battery slot of a limited number of construction power housing (ATH2000) units may not provide expected performance. Affected models are:
◾ Construction Power Housing (ATH2000)
◾ Construction Trio Bundle Pack (BCC2000)
If your ATH2000 is eligible, please follow the instructions below to have your battery slot replaced.
Please submit your personal, product and purchase information through the form below. When we receive your request, we will confirm the provided information with you again, and then ship a new battery slot for free. Service may take 3-4 weeks.
