If you have registered an account and successfully added the camera ID to it, the camera ID will be linked to that specific account. You will need to log into your original account where the camera ID was added, and delete the camera ID before adding it to the new account. To delete & add camera IDs, please refer to App Manual Category 9: Delete Camera & Category 5: Add Camera.
If you are still having trouble adding camera ID after trying the above procedure, please contact customer service at https://brinno.com/contact. There will be product verification process which might take 5~10 businness days. Depending on information provided, Brinno Inc. reserves the right to decline services.
Because the Brinno DUO does not have Bluetooth capabilities, ColorFlash is used to connect your device to Wi-Fi. When setting up your device through the Add Camera section in the app, the ColorFlash process transfers the Wi-Fi setting information from your app to the Brinno DUO.
