Brinno Introduces New Products for Personal Home Surveillance at Computex Taiwan

Taipei, Tawian June 2014 - Brinno is excited to announce the availability of its new Motion Activated PeepHole Camera (PHVMAC) and the MAC 200 Motion Activated Camera at Computex Taipei on June 3- 7, 2014.

Building upon the popularity of its original Digital PeepHole Viewer, Brinno’s new PHVMAC provides discreet 24-hour surveillance with motion activated video to create a log of any visitors that approach within two feet of the door. Running on four AA batteries, the PHVMAC is easy to install replacing any standard peephole and uses a 3-inch LCD panel to display a crisp digital view from behind your door.

Only the traditional peephole is seen by visitors and an embedded ambient light sensor triggers the camera to activate and capture photos and video with a day and time stamp on an SD Card. In addition, the new power saving feature allows the PHVMAC to record 9,000 triggered images over an approximate 6-month period.

The new Brinno MAC200 is a wire-free battery powered security camera triggered by motion detection (PIR) within a 20-foot radio, Fixed Capture Rate (time lapse) up to 320 feet away, or Brinno’s new Hybrid Mode (time laps + motion detection). With 14 months of battery life and fast playback time lapse video, the MAC200 will automatically covert thousands of images into a time lapse video to capture an entire day’s activity.

The new Hybrid Mode can be set to capture time lapse footage and the user’s desired setting (1 frame every second, minute, hour, day, etc.) and the motion detection will additionally activate the camera when a body enters the hot zone within 20 feet to provide dual protection.

During Computex Taipei, Brinno will also be providing a sneak preview of the latest member to its Time Lapse Camera family – The TLC110.

Brinno will be exhibiting their new products at Computex Taipei 2014 June 3 – 7, 2014 at TXTC Hall1, Booth #B1133.
